“The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we...

“The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed.”

“We found drug paraphernalia in our room sticky spilll all over the place including on the tv remotes, foot rest and the fridge. These was something spilled in the kitchen drawers and dirty dishes in the dish washer. The walls are f the shower were smeared with something . The hot tub was out of order the clerk said it was broken for a long time now(this is one reason we chose this hotel). There were people hanging outside our window until 4am being loud and walking around looking in vehicles....

“Better than average continental breakfast, everything was fresh and staff was attentive at keeping things stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, but starting to show some aging. Overall it was a good value for the price.”

“Rooms are filthy, floors not vacuumed, hair clippings, lint and debris on floor. Shower curtain was full of mold, items from previous guests (ie scissors, head phones and wrappers) on floor and under bed. Box spring mattress was broken with broken wood pieces on floor under bed. Curtains could not be closed without propping a chair against them to hold them shut. Shower towels were stained and yellow. Lobby smelled horrendous with a very strong odor of freshly smoked Marijuana when I checked in....

“The staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay a day yo help my don move. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were great and it was easy to get to and from the hotel to my son's place in St Joseph.”

“Stay away from room 430 as it is the farthest from the front desk and closest to the highway. Very noisy all night long. Had not experienced this in my numerous stays at this hotel. Otherwise, it is fine.”
